This is my namesake rub.  This rub has complex flavors, which will accent and improve the flavors of whatever it is used.  The spicy sweetness is a good addition to any meal.

Ingredients: brown sugar, garlic, powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, pasilla chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, turmeric, yellow curry powder, sea salt
