personal chef/Small Event Catering - I provide complete catering packages for up to 15 people. I am familiar with many styles and cuisines. I am able to do drop-off or on location services. Please drop me a note if you have any questions. Please be aware that I am only able to offer this service in northern Michigan.

"We Made This" Dinner Parties - The simplest way to describe this is you get together with a group of 2 to 15 friends and I will arrive with all the ingredients necessary to prepare a meal. However, I will not be doing anything other than providing demonstrations and sharing my knowledge of food. This provides both a relaxed educational atmosphere and the opportunity for you and a small group of friends the chance to say "We Made This" as everyone sits down to a meal which was prepared by them. Please be aware that I am only able to offer this service in northern Michigan.
- Nutritional Consulting - I am a trained nutritionist with a bachelors degree from Oregon State University. I am knowledgeable in helping people with nutritional adjustments to the way they prepare food and eat it. I help people change what and how they eat for life.

Food Preparation Classes - I offer classes for all ages from basic kitchen skills & food preparation to more complex foods. I also offer group discounts. Please be aware that I am only able to offer this service in northern Michigan.
